Polyester leveling agent "Neolamin M-400"
Solve the problem of uneven dyeing! Achieve simplification of work, reduction of time, and cost savings.
We handle the polyester leveling agent "Neolamin M-400." Polyester is dyed by small dye particles infiltrating between the fibers, but the structure of polyester is dense, and at room temperature, the fibers are tightly intertwined, preventing the particles from entering and dyeing. Under high-temperature conditions (above 130°C), the structure loosens, allowing small dispersed dye particles to enter the gaps created in the fibers, which facilitates dyeing. At this time, the dyeing speed varies depending on the dye, leading to uneven dyeing. Generally, red dyes are said to have a faster dyeing speed compared to blue or yellow dyes. Leveling agents are used to prevent such dyeing unevenness. **Effects of Leveling Agents** - **Levelling Property:** Controls the dyeing speed by reducing the speed of fast-dyeing pigments. - **Migration Property:** Even if uneven dyeing occurs, the dye from the darker areas moves to the lighter areas. - **Dispersibility:** Hydrophobic dispersed dyes are uniformly dispersed in the bath due to the emulsifying action of surfactants. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
